I can't get anyone to respond to my emails or PMs about $200 I paid for support service that was never done. Someone should at least respond to my repeated polite, perfectly reasonable inquiries, don't you think?
Dave does a great job providing tech support here. Now if only someone provided service to customers with other issues. Nick? Anyone? Don't agree? THEN GET BACK TO ME and settle the issue.

Contact the custom shop or call our 1-800 number. I'm not sure how long you waited, but if it was more than a couple of hours, I'd be surprised.

Jeff contacted me and resolved this issue to my satisfaction. I should be clear that my complaint was concerning communication, and did not intend any implication of dishonesty.
