Will links change?

I'm planning to upgrade from ccp 5.1 to 7.  My question is; will the links to my current splash page change after the upgrade?

Within your store yes but details on mapping old URLs to the new formats are available in the Wiki.  You may make anything you currently have map to anything in the latest version.

We have our  clients CCP 5.1 site SEOed using one of CCP's old 3rd Party Extensions. Whats the best way to upgrade from 5.1 to 7.) without losing our link names?

Editing CORE_Display.php will allow you to keep the same URL structure in CCPv7 as you had in CCPv5.1 w/ SEO
