trying to log into my account
what do I need to do to get some response please !
I've requested a trial of V7, I had a reply saying yep no problem, click here to have a trial...
I'm asked for my email address and password, cant remember my password so I ask for my password to be emailed to me.
Enter your userid or email address, I do this, but I'm told that my email address is not recognised.... what do I do now.
I've emailed support yesterday asking for help, but no reply.
Just about ready to throw in the towel on CCP... its just too bloody difficult to get any sort of response at all !

If you just installed CCP are you using the e-mail address that was specified during the installation when running the installer?

Wouldnt I have had to register on kryptronic.com when I bought ccp6 ?.
All I want to know is what my original email address was ....support doesnt seem to be able to give me a straight answer.

Original e-mail address where? You would not have been required to register in Krytronic.com to purchase version 6. We have guest checkout enabled. If you checked out as a guest there wouldn't be any registration information on file for you.

I am having the same problem. I do have an account on Kryptonic.com and I am able to log in to it, but while trying to install CCP 7 it does not recognize my username/email or password. I have clicked on "send my my password by email" and I am getting no response.
