guest checkout problem

We are experiencing a problem with guest checkout.

we have only just enabled this feature and have been told by a few customers that on filling in the form with all fields having been created when trying to continue with the purchase it says all fields have not been completed . is this an issue caused by res /comm field even though it is not present on the form

we have now turned this off untill we find the answer.
