Hi Guys, connecting/synchronising cart data with accounting system data was one of my main reasons for changing to CCP6 from a hosted cart. Is anyone actually using the connect module successfully ? Any problems or observations?
I'm looking at the basic version as I simply want to avoid rekeying customer and invoice detail at this stage, will basic version be sufficient? Is there an upgrade path to the 'standard' connector if required?
I'm also trying to find a logical method of automatically generating order status (i.e. out of stock or despatched) emails, I note that email notification is included with the connect module, would this meet my needs or do I need to look for an alternative solution?
Finally, I'm a bit miffed that CCP7 release was announced within about a week of my purchasing CCP6, I could have waited a few days and not had to pay for an upgrade (not that I'm looking to upgrade at the moment). Will there be an upgraded Sage connector to go with CCP7? I really don't want to pay for that twice in the space of a few weeks as well!
