Hi everyone,
Could you please help on a strange problem happening in my ccp cart ?
Only downloadable products are sold in the cart.
I double checked all the settings and made some tests :
1/ Fake order on ccp
2/ Download link received with path to download, login, password
3/ Once the link clicked, I'm ask to enter my login and password (so all is good for now)
and 4/ Internal Server Error
The whole link in firefox is ok, all files were uploaded in the right format, paths are corrects, folders and files permissions too... i don't understand !
On FTP, I can see that the item has been generated for download in /media/downloads. Nothing in the data/temp directory mainwhile but I dont think it's a problem ?
I'm at OVH.
Could you help to solve this problem ?

In order to investigate this properly, the investigating person will need a link to your site and to a free product or they will need a discount code for the value of a prodduct so the test transaction can be processed without a cost to the investigating person and they will need ftp access to verify the files that are being attempted to be downloaded.
