Hi, I've just had a customer in Newport Wales phone saying that he could not enter the county of Gwent on the registration form so he put Cardiff instead, however when he tried to pay via paypal standard using a credit card it would not accept it as the county was wrong???

Add the county so it's available would be the obvious answer (in admin under Home > ClickCartPro (GBU) > Locations: States, Provinces and Countries > Manage States and Provinces).
