We are having a problem with both our sites where customers add an item to the shopping cart, you get the confirmation message, but the cart remains empty. We have made no changes to our site and 1&1 claim to have made no changes. We received orders last night so the problem has arisen in the last 12 hours
Has anyone else had a similar problem???

Can't say as I have. Just for kicks, have you checked your cookie settings? Do you have a link to the site so we could have a look?
