Hi all,
I have got a problem for my administrator loggin page: each time when I go to my loggin page, it shows below error message in the version 5.1 (tiki):: internet site administrator page:
ERROR: Your session could not be validated. Perhaps another user just logged in using your username. Please login again.
Does it mean someone has hacked my system please? how can I check and solve the problem please? Any helps would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Sounds like a permissions problem on your tables. Using an FTP program or the file manager utility of your hosting control panel, check the permissions on the CSV files in the directory ccp51/data/tables. They should all be set to 777. It is also possible that your have run out of space on your server and CCP can't write any new data to the table - check your available space through the control panel provided by your host.

Hi Rachael,
Thanks. I checked the tables and found out that the permissions of setting.csv file was not 777. I have reset the permissions again for the table directory. I have also checked my server, the space is enough. The problem still exists. Any further helps please?

Is this message coming up before or after you enter your credentials? Are you able to login and use the admin or are your credentials being rejected?

It is before loggin but it occurs each time when going to the login page, where the error message is red color texts between two lines. I still can login and use the admin.

You are probably using a bad link to the login page. Are you doing this from a bookmark? If so, you probably need to update your bookmark after you've successfully logged in. Alternatively, edit the bookmark and remove the parts that say usr=xxxxx and sess=1234567890. This is not evidence of any sort of hacking or malfunction, so you can relax.
