Can anybody tell me where I set the tax rules so that european customers pay VAT and non-european customers do not pay VAT?
I have done it before, but on a new installation of CCP6 I don't find the setting anymore.
Right now the VAT is refunded for purchases from all countries even from the home country.
In EU Tax Settings I have 'Prices Include EU Tax' and Show Both Prices: True.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hi
Make sure all your EU countries have been defined in
Home > ClickCartPro (GBU) > Commerce: Orders and Checkout > Manage EU Tax Country
It looks like you must have deleted them.

There are 31 items in this database.
The countries are not deleted. I have only added 'United Kingdom'.
Maybe I have changed something else where this database is loaded?
As you can see I have made changes in khxc/skins/ClickCartPro/skin.php, khxc-private/apps/GBU/includes/cartdisplay.php and /contactfoot.php

Hi
In the admin go to: Home > ClickCartPro (GBU) > Settings: Application Settings Menu > EU Tax Settings
Make sure you have your home EU tax county in the EU Tax: Home Region

Hi,
I found the reason for this problem: When I add a product from a remote page, I have to include tax information.
<input type="hidden" name="usetaxcountry" id="usetaxcountry" value="H" />
If I don't submit this information, tax is substracted. This was not necessary before.
It seems, when I now add a product from a remote page, I have to include all information connected to this product. Additional information is not taken from the database gbu0_prod. Renaming this database seems to have no influence on the shopping cart.
In the CCP6 version I installed half a year ago, I only submit the product id, and the other information related to the product is taken from gbu0_prod.
Is this the way it should work or is there a configuration option to take the product related information from the database - as long as the product is in the database?
