Account login error + Send password error- what do I do now?
When trying to log into my management interface with my username and password I get the following error :
ClickCartPro (GBU) :: Account Login
The email address and password you entered could not be validated. If you do not remember your password, use the 'Send Password' link to have your password sent to you via email.
The credentials are the same I used 1 hour ago when I managed to log in !!
When tryin the " Send Password " link, I get the following error:
"There was a processing problem encountered while processing your request. Please try again later"
What do I do from here? I can't make any changes to my shopping cart !

If you have access to something like phpMyAdmin through your control panel the khxc_users table holds user information including passwords. You should be able to "zap" your entry in that table with a password if you think it's been changed or you've forgotten it. If you do change it make sure you select MD5 in the Action column for the password field when changing it so the password is hashed properly.
However, based on your description of the problem it sounds like something a bit more "serious" may be going on but it's hard to tell for sure.

Hi Dave,
I've suffered the above login problem, but it's due to my password manager 'blending' two different logins, one of which is CCP admin. I changed the password on the other login, accepted the 'update password' and then discovered the problem logging in to CCP6.
I've accessed phpMyAdmin, but I'm stumped by what I'm looking at. Once in khxc_users I'm presented with this...
If I then select 'password' and then 'change' (the pencil icon) I'm presented with this...
Where do I add the new password?

Click on the browse tab and find your entry then click on the update link. Once there enter a password and select MD5 in the function column next to the password field.
