What is your site address? If we can see the problem we may be able to help.

Re: server error

site address is wwwcraftersden.co.uk

the only problem is it only does it occaisionally, and not always from the same pc, if i refresh the screen it appears normally,

it is in a kryptronic box, similar to the contact message box.

it happened once yesterday and the time before that was last tuesday, as it is my pcs home page it come up every time i open ie.

Maybe nick could shed some light on this matter

Re: server error

Anybody find a solution to this?  I got the same error today trying to connect from a PC running Vista, but no problem from a Mac running Firefox and Safari.  Doesn't make sense because it seems like a database issue.

Re: server error

The original problem is most certainly related to MySQL and it was most likely caused by a hiccup on the hosting provider.  In any case, given the age of this thread, make sure you have the latest version of CCP installed as a first step.  I would also ask your provider if they had any issues with their MySQL service around the time when you got the error.
