Where will i find the code where i can change the layout of the main product details page , i would like to move everything such as , options, and related products above the add to cart button, as i am convinced that people will hit the add to cart button before either changing options or see the related products resulting in potential lost sales.

If it is not done in Home > Front End > Displays: Skins, Menus, XHTML Includes and Messages > Manage XHTML Includes > Product List Display with the help of Home > Kryptronic Hybrid X Core > Database: Connections, Backups and Raw Admin > Raw Database Admin > ccp0_proddetdisp > for the display you have as defualt, then I belive that it would be done with {private}/apps/ccp0/ccp_prod/ccp_prod.php script and in that case would be a major hack.

FWIW, I stopped developing CCP6 about two weeks into it and went back to 5.1 (that was months ago). So I don't remember everything I was doing then. From what I recall, you can't change the order of appearance of the quantity and options.
If CCP6 ever gets 'squared away', I might go back and refresh my memory, re-learn it's abundant weirdness, and see what it will do. Until then, I'll stick with 5.1.

A little help on moving the position of Related Products would be appreciated.
It shouldn't be THAT hard to simply change the layout.

This is a very old thread and not really related to what you're asking Blitzen. It is very easy to change the layout but you haven't mentioned where you would like related products to be versus where they are now. You may want to start a fresh thread.
