I noticed that the Checkout page has a lot of redundancy, such as "Email Address", and the a line below "Enter your e-mail address" then a space to put it in.
Where do I go to delete those items below the titles on the Checkout page?

Hi,
I think you can find that in Admin under Manage Site Elements | Checkout - Order Review . . . or by its reference name "ste_chkout_ordsum".

Oops, sorry this is the CCP6 forum. I was referring to CCP 5.1.
Sorry, can't help you with CCP6. :-(

This will only happen if it's a customer who has either not created an account or is not logged in. If they are logged into an account the form should prepopulate, if it don't you have a cookie problem.

That's true, but the problem is that most of my customers are new and I want to cut down on the scrolling they have to do on the page, especially for un-necessary items like this.
Again, any help as to where it's located would be appreciated.

try here:
Forms: Advanced Software Forms > Manage Advanced Software Form Fields
I remember doing the same thing to remove the additional wording that accompanies many of the input fields on various forms throughout the system.

To remove the redundant fields on the form, you have to follow bill99's directions and manually go into each one of the fields and delete the description from it, have fun because there are 2 and a half pages of them...
