I have installed ccp6 on one of my servers and it was installed perfectly and then i tried to install another copy on another server but it gave me this error on step 2

First off you can only run one licensed copy on one server. I'll assume you have two legal copies of the software.
It looks as if the server may be using a proxy for cURL and it's password protected.
Get hold of the host and question them about the cURL they're using.

Hello Mary,
As I told Ahmed, before.
You have this error message trying to use cUrl because of the SELinux enabled, and SELinux policy
I just disabled it (I mean disabled SELinux) for simplicity, and rebooted the server and all works now
but for sure we can set SELinux to allow Curl
Good Luck
