moved ccp5 to new hosting company and it won't work, yet
I moved my website to a new hosting company. I copied the ccp5 directory and sub directories in-toto from one site to another.
I changed the paths in the cp-admin.cgi and cp-admin.cgi. When I try to run CCP5 the cp-admin.cgi page is displayed as a web page, but does not run the script.

Check your permissions on the .cgi files (and all of the other files for that matter). The .cgi's should be 755.
