Hi all
From past posts, I was under the impression that a Payment Surcharge option would be included in CCP6? For example, in the case of Buy Now Pay Later, there is a £25 documentation fee, whilst for Credit Card payments there is a 2% charge on the total purchase amount.
Is this achievable in CCP6? I can't seem to see the option!

Not sure where you got that impression but there isn't and hasn't been an option like that in CCP. FWIW it is against most credit card company rules to add a surcharge for using a credit card. You CAN however usually get away with offering a discount for "cash".

I am not sure why you would want a credit card surcharge, one would think that 99% of your customers on the web would be using a credit / debit card for their purchases so your prices on the site should already contain the amount you want when purchased. I offer a discount on cash purchases and as of yet have not had one customer pay by check or money order, I have had about three select the option but none have ever sent there payment.

I wonder if you're thinking about the surcharge options available in admin under Store > Commerce > Custom Surcharge Methods in V7. If you are they may be able to be used for what you want. Surcharges aren't available in V6.
