If I have a Zipskin, and I buy an SEO mod now, am I going to have to reinstall my skin? Also, what happens if it's not an ATS SEO???

Not at all..
ATS install their SEO module for you, so it will be installed with your current ZipSkin and will not effect the skin at all.
The same applies to any of the SEO mods, the support partner will install the mod for you so there are no compatibility issues.
The ATS compatible version ZipSkins are designed to be installed on an existing install of ATS SEO mod, so you do not need to pay for the mod to be re-installed when you purchase a skin and you don't loose any of your ATS SEO settings, it works out of the box.
