Customer Accounts

Hi

Can anyone explain how customer acount login is supposed to behave?

For example if you go on to a website then login ot customer accounts, add an item to the cart, then go to checkout, should you get the following statement

If you have a customer account, or would like to create one, please click the link below. Customer accounts are used to store your information online to save you time when returning to the websitename.co.uk web site to place an order.

or should you get this statement

You are currently logged in as you@youremailaddress. If you would like to create a new customer account, or login to a different customer account, please click the link below.

Somebody please advise. I need to know because I have just had a loyalty rewards mod installed and it is important that customer don't just go sailing through checkout thinking they are logged in when they are not, and therefore not getting any points.

Thanks in advance

Michael
