Installation Problems.
Followed instructions as best a scould get from what is laid out. Have installed many cgi scripts so don't know why this would be different.
I am getting internal server error.
Here are the log errors.

Should tell you, have dedicated linux server with cpanel redhat enterprise.
deleted all .pl files like the instructions said and setup permissions as stated in instructions.

I have never seen errors like these before, so I am not going to be able to give you any specific answer. I have done many, many, many installs on cPanel boxes and never had a problem so I can say it isn't a cPanel issue unless the server admin hosed up the server install for cPanel. Based on my experience, I would say that you probably have a problem with some corrupt files caused by your FTP program during the upload. If you have SSH access to your box at suer level, upload the tar file and do an SSH install. Or you could purchase an installation and let me do the install for you.

IWhen I purchased it I asked for the zip file.
Now I can't get in to get the tar.
Can you send me a link for that?

I just moved to a new web host and when I re-installed ccp I ran into the same error. Where you able to find a fix? Willing to pay for some to help with this problem.

I don't remember specifically what the fix was for this but I suspect it was probably files that were corrupted during the upload process. I would make sure that the files are all uploaded properly as directed in the install instructions. If you need further help, you could contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
