A few days ago I moved to a new host. I noticed that is was getting internal server errors in the Contact Form and at the last step of ordering. I have figured it was an email issue so checked the set up in Admin. I have ATS HTML email mod so the the SMTP server name was used (this worked fine on old server). I changed this to localhost but still have internal server errors. I changed it again to /usr/sbin/sendmail and that works- but it hoses the html email.
I sent a support ticket to the hosting provider yesterday but have not heard back.
Is this a server issue or did I hose something in the transfer?
Any help is appreciated.
