Over the last few days I have been getting more and more callback failure emails from Worldpay. These emails are sent when Worldpay has not been able to return to my website after a payment has been made.
But interestingly, CCP is detecting a payment has been made, as it is moving the status from PENDING PAYMENT to PENDING SHIPMENT.
Anyone any ideas ?
I have also been having occassional problems running my Quickbooks download script. My browser is timing out (Page Expired) before the results are returned.
Is it possible these two issues may or may not be connected.

Hi,
I too am having the same problem with Worldpay and the clickthrough. It is becoming quite a problem as some customers are thinking that their orders are not being completed and putting the order though again. In addition to this, the customer seems to be repeatedly hitting the refresh button as multiple confirmation emails are being sent!
I believe it might be a Worldpay problem, will need to look more into it. Anyoine else having the same problems? solutions??

Good to hear I'm not the only one with the problem.
However, I have checked and the order confirmation emails are going out - so I'm thinking this is a worldpay problem?

Hmmm, looking at this further, I don't know where this problem is.
Worldpay is failing to call back to CCP so the user is not seeing the order completion screen (yes, I get customers calling to say there order did not complete).
BUT ccp is successfully completing the transaction as I mentioned earlier. Surely if CCP is able to complete the transaction, it is able to present the order completion screen.
OR it maybe that Worldpay is not waiting long enough to get a response ????

I have moved to MySQL and the problem has went away.
Oh, I'm also getting blinding performance now - and it was so easy
