i'm still getting that error 500 and i have pulled all my hair out now...i have tried everything....
The internal error message still comes up after the customer has entered their credit card details...the oder confirmation is sent via email and the encrition key is also sent....
Whats going on....whay is this error message coming up?
Why when i click back and then submit the error message does not come up again?
What can i do to solve this

Is the cart sending you emails on the order? Usually this problem occurs because it can't send the emails.

no the cart is not sending the email of the orders....it is sending the client the confirmation order and the encrition key...
I have not changed any of the settings was working wonderfully until last week or so.

Dave i have just asked the hosting company to look into what is causesing the error...will get back to you in a few hours....I really need to sort this out it's driving us mad as well as losing business
