Hello,

When an order come through and affiliate link to our site that is "Pending Payment" do we have to manually update the affilates commission when that order is paid? Also, the affiliate doesn't ever see this order. Is there something that can be done after we receive payment so the affilates commission is automatically updated and they can then view the invoice?

Also: our affiliates are getting commission on the total after shipping has been calculated. Is there anything that can be done so they just receive commission on the acutal sale amount and not the shipping too?

You need to mark the order as 'Completed' once it's paid - then run the post-order updates on the Update Online Order screen to update the affiliate commissions.

Concerning the shipping charge, there are hacks on the forum that show you how to code in a solution that doesn't take into account shipping charges. Check here:
